Kevin Covert has hung out his own shingle. After many years and many M&A deals, Kevin knows his way around the digital media scene in Los Angeles.

There’s been a lot of talk about early-stage companies finding suitors earlier in their life cycle and selling out for relatively smaller prices. Does Kevin see this actually happening? Or is this a new modern myth? 

Besides M&A, Covert & Company helps companies raise rounds, usually later stage. But that must attract the interest of all stages, including early stage entrepreneurs. Where does he refer those companies? And what’s the word on the street about LA’s local angel groups?
